RAN is the phonetic pronunciation for part of the Chinese word “自然” meaning "Nature".
RAN also means “get into it” in German.
So now it’s time to “RAN in die Natur und RAN an die Arbeit!” (Get into nature and get into work!)

In the face of today’s global challenges, it’s clear that collective action is the key to creating a more just and regenerative future. History shows that when people unite and start movements, real change happens.
After years in advertising, I’ve witnessed firsthand how creativity and storytelling can shape perspectives and inspire action. Now, I want to harness that power for positive change.
I created this collective to bring together diverse creative talents, all focused on using their skills to drive impact. While movements and initiatives are sparking conversations globally, Asia remains underrepresented. I believe Asia must be part of this global dialogue and movement—and this is where RAN comes to life.

I’m passionate about the regenerative economy, transforming narratives, and advocating for well-being and nature-focused impact.
With over 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, I’ve led high-profile, award-winning projects across animation, digital, experiential, and social media content.
My diverse cultural background and curiosity about human connection and nature inspired me to explore the impact space, especially in Asia. I co-founded a sustainability platform, established a body-positivity community, and led fundraising efforts for different causes.
I believe in a shared mission to create a future, where people and planet can thrive together, and that, together, we can get there.

With a professional background spanning over 12 years, I’m a well-seasoned expert in the management consulting field, having begun my career at BCG in Berlin. After completing an MBA in Chicago, I then took on the roles of Running, Training, and Women’s Brand Director in Shanghai at Nike. My diverse cultural blend is well reflected in my professional tapestry. During a sabbatical, I ventured into the culinary world of Mexico City, creating a dumplings & wine concept - a delightful punctuation in my creative journey.
Certified as a yoga teacher, I champions movement, mindfulness, and positive psychology. An ocean dweller, adventurer, and visual artist & illustrator, I draw inspiration from life's wonders, making me a vibrant presence in the creative landscape.

Story is everything. It shapes our desires, how we live, and what we believe.
After nearly 15 years in animation and advertising, I’ve come to see storytelling as a sleeping giant in the mission to reconnect us with nature, and with ourselves.
My goal is to help unlock that potential, to tell stories that create positive impact: for people, and for the planet.
I’m drawn to ambitious projects and thrive in spaces that are still being defined. That pioneering spirit took me to Shanghai in 2011, where I spent over a decade contributing to the explosive growth of China’s animation industry.
Since then, I’ve been involved in crafting story- and design-driven animation across TV, commercial, and feature formats, collaborating with companies ranging from nimble startups to major Hollywood studios.
From 2018 to 2024, I served as Executive Producer at Final Frontier in Shanghai, co-building the studio from the ground up. We produced high-end animated content for the world’s biggest brands and were frequently recognised by the industry’s leading craft and creativity awards.
Before that, I worked with DreamWorks’ China venture (now Pearl Studio), tasked with finding and connecting top-tier creative talent across the globe and forging relationships and initiatives with studios, educational institutions and industry events.
I’m passionate about working with young people: helping them play, explore, and find their voice. I believe they’re being offered an outdated, uninspiring vision of the world, and that, by telling them a better story, we can raise generations of connected, loving humans who care for the planet.
